red light therapy

so let's break down red light therapy. basically, it gives you the benefits of natural sunlight without the harmful UV rays. we used to only see it in dermatology offices but now it has become more mainstream. some benefits of it include the stimulation of collagen production, reduction of inflammation, increase in circulation, brightening of the skin, improvement in acne scars and prevention of breakouts.

I've tested tons of devices, but below are a few of my favorites for different reasons and at different price points.

how to use

post-treatment
