FOODWISE cookbook
my dear friend Mia Rigden is a board-certified nutritionist and trained chef who just released this amazing cookbook I have been loving. I like that this book has a mix of recipes and nutrition tips in one. it also includes a 21 day whole food reset, which is very handy.
THERABODY theraface pro
I am all about a device that can multitask so that is why I love this thing. it has five tools in one, my favorite being the microcurrent ring to help lift and firm the skin. it also provides led light therapy to help promote collagen, lymphatic drainage, percussion therapy and deep cleansing. to be honest, it also is helping with my tmj (pain and compromised movement of the jaw joint and the surrounding muscles), which is an added bonus.
EMILY BY EMILY green allium bundle
ok so hear me out, these are stunning and faux!! I couldn’t believe it when I got my hands on a bundle. all of the branches have bendale stems too so can work with different vases too. they are definitely an investment but literally last forever. female-founded company too!
WOLFORD leggings
finding a legging that can appropriately pass as pants is tough but these do the trick. they are pricey but I like to think of them as an investment piece in the pants category. they fit true to size and have a high rise waist with a subtle shaping effect. also extra love because all of the material is fully recyclable.
moxa
I was first introduced to moxa by my acupuncturist at OraSpace. she used it to stimulate circulation around my knee after I had surgery. I now use it personally at home to continue to help me heal and boost overall immune function. you light the moxa like you would incense and then stick it on certain acupuncture points on your body that you want to focus on. by burning an herb material close to the skin, you can increase blood flow and the flow of qi.
